We have available on behalf of our customer a pre-owned Newen GII Headshop in great working order and ready for a new home.

With super repeatable teach controls that allow precision seats all cut to the exact same height at the push of a button and saveable memory cards for fast repeat set-ups.Set up and save one seat and then cut all 32 to the same height withe the push of a few buttons.The unit comes as pictured with the included 5100 Newen/Serdi style Tool holder (18mm-60mm Range when used with additional Tip holders) the pictured cylinder head fixturing and a tool sharpener. It also has the original Instruction Manual included. 

Simply purchase your choice of live carbide Pilots available between 3.96mm and 15.92mm, some multi-angle Form tool cutters (Over 300+ available Forms/Angles),a 3/8" Channel Tip holder for Valve seats between 18mm and 60mm in Diameter and you are away cutting seats. Set up and cut one seat manually,save the height, move to the next,push go and cut the next one to the exact same depth and so on. Makes fast work of High performance Multi-valve Cylinder Heads or multi valve Diesels.

Optional tooling is available to cut 13mm-120mm Diameter Valve Seats and Valve seat Insert pockets.

We can package this machine with Tips,Pilots and Tooling to suit your exact requirements as all of this tooling is readily available and stocked here at Kerzan NZ LTD
