Rugged cast iron base with precision ground and matched ways. Flat and "V" way construction assures accurate parallelism and side-to-side tracking. Cast iron "box" type columns with dove tail ways and precision spindle bearings make the SM Series durable and accurate machines.
SMX14 AUTOMATED SURFACE MILLING MACHINE
New SMX surface milling machine with PLC control, allows to program and memorize working cycles.
The table moves on linear guideways, ball screws on the table and column.
New touch pen device for workpiece height identifying with the possibility of interpolating for surfacing on non-horizontal surfaces.
